Here are just a few of our safety features:-

• Safety Ladders
  All of our ladders for children's playhouses are made with broad rungs to comfortably stand both feet and are pitched at an angle to encourage easy climbing. All climbing ladders over 60cm high have a safety rail to accompany the child from ground level securely onto the next platform.
  
  
• Recessed Bolts
  Bolts are recessed in to the wooden frame and then capped with dome nuts to stop sharp edges from coming into contact with children.
  
  
• Safety Rails
  Our designs of safety rails are all built vertically. This not only looks great but stops children from attempting to climb upwards. All of our rail spindles are hand turned and sanded to give a smooth aesthetic finish that are also free of splinters.
  
  
• Windows
  Throughout the building of children's houses, a tough Acrylic is used for the units windows to avoid being broken and harming children. Toughened Glass will only be used in Adult Summerhouses. (Acrylic can also be offered as an option.)
  
  
• Beam Construction
  As with all of our constructions from Decks through to Treehouses we use the heaviest timber possible for the project to ensure a long lasting product to grow up and grow old with. Treehouses utilise 12-14 inch trunks, above which we use 8"x3" braces and 6"x2" deck framework to comfortably hold your children and all of their friends and keep your piece of mind.
  
  
• Paint
  For all of our painted structures, we use top quality paints to ensure it reflects the workmanship of the product underneath. Other paints can be available by special request. Our woodwork is painted with wood preservative to ensure minimum amount of maintenance on your part.
